That is neither grammatically nor factually correct.

You might want to consider that over 50% of the human population is non-male. Might I suggest "User has not provided any notes" or the like?

I am not a native speaker so mistakes like this might happen..

I've been meaning to run through the project and clean up a lot the spelling and language as well. We'd totally accept a pull request that'd correct this.
