After FlaskBB been installed, there is no news in portal view, and a flash message says: "please install the plugin first to configure the forums which should be displayed", does anybody knows how to? thanks a lot.

In the Management view go to the 'Plugins' tab and 'Install' the Portal Plugin. After that you should be able to configure it in the 'Settings' tab :)
